We are pleased to announce our upcoming webinar dedicated to the AGRU Poly-Flo double containment piping system. The tried-and-tested system made of PE 100-RC and PP can be installed compactly thanks to its unique moulded parts and offers numerous advantages that we would like to share with you.

AGRU Poly-Flo double containment piping system

The AGRU Poly-Flo double containment piping system is characterized by compact dimensions and its special design, which makes it ideal for use in limited space conditions. 

What makes this system even more special is its unique manufacturing method. In a single production step the inner and outer pipes as well as the spacers are extruded and the fittings are injection-moulded. As a result, smaller outer diameters are achieved with the same inner diameter.

Compared to conventional double wall piping systems, where support discs have to be welded in every time a 5m pipe is shortened, this time-consuming step is completely eliminated.

The assembly time can thus be significantly shortened, especially through the cost-effective simultaneous welding process (Infrared or butt welding). In addition, the Poly-Flo double containment piping system allows for large support distances.

But how do you achieve even more compactness? With a new 90° angle that is moulded in a single process using the unique Poly-Flo manufacturing process! 
Not only does it facilitate effortless installation of the pipeline in limited space conditions, it is also constantly available as stock items.

For non-pressurized drainage pipes, Poly-Flo is now also available in the large dimensions of 160 x 110 mm and 225 x 160 mm in the reduced pressure rating SDR 33/17.
